Ribs
Remember the basic maple bbq sauce? Smother these ribs in it. Add some Montreal steak seasoning, grill on low heat and you have some juicy, tender and delicious ribs!
If you have time and it's not a hundred degrees in your kitchen wrap the smothered ribs in foil and bake for about 30 minutes before you put them on the grill. This makes them very tender. Use the sauce to baste the ribs every so often on the grill.
