Tonight we had a simple dinner since it was only 3 of us eating. Some grilled Polish Keilbasa I got on sale, mac salad and grilled sweet potatoes.
3 ingredients! Seriously a healthy side doesn't get easier than this!
Sweet Potatoes- I used 1 large one to feed three of us
Olive oil
Brown Sugar
I put tin foil on the grill with a little olive oil drizzled on it to keep the potatoes from sticking. Cooked unill just about done then added a pinch of brown sugar to both sides till melted. I then placed them directly on the grill to get the grill marks.
Place them on a serving plate and sprinkle with brown sugar for garnish.
