Grilled Cauliflower




Grilled Cauliflower

So delicious and tender! I can't even believe how good this one came out.
Soak a head of cauliflower in water for about 30 minutes(with the stem and leaves). Drain. Cover the top in butter and Adobo all spice. Wrap in tin foil and set on the grill for about 40 minutes. WOW! 

I'm sure this would work with all sorts of different spices. I started with Adobo because it has good flavor but is fairly mild. I really liked the outcome so I'm sure next time I will try seasonings with a little more pizzazz!
